Why am I limited to 30 questions?
Each survey is limited to 30 questions so we don't end up with large amounts of our server space used up. Unfortunately, we have to restrict the number of survey questions in order to keep the website fast for our users.
Why am I limited to 3 active surveys?
As with the limit on the number of questions, users are limited to just 3 surveys in order to preserve space and speed at FriendSurveys.com. Closed surveys are automatically removed from the system a week after they have been closed, in order to keep preserving space.
What is the limit on invitations?
Currently, there is no limit to the number of people you can invite to any one survey. However, we keep a close eye on the invitation system. Spamming is not allowed! Therefore, you can only invite up to 10 at any one "invitation session."
Why has my email not arrived yet? (Signup Confirmation, Invitation, etc)
Sometimes the FriendSurveys.com email system gets a little slow. We have not had a problem with an email not arriving, just sometimes it takes longer than it should, which is a few seconds. Be patient and you will likely recieve the email. If you don't recieve it within a few hours, contact FriendSurveys.com Support with the details of your problem.
How come I can't invite someone to my survey more than once?
We have strict rules against spamming here at FriendSurveys.com. As it says in our , spamming is an illegal function here, and any who are caught spamming will have their account terminated. Inviting a user just one is usually sufficient, but if they are not getting the invitation correctly, then contact us.
How do I keep my survey from getting listed on the Surveys page?
Simply click Yes on the Private Survey option. Note, a private survey will automatically be Invitation Only.

You may be having problems because you don't have cookies enabled. You must have cookies enabled in order to use FriendSurveys.com.
